John began his career in construction, gaining hands-on experience across residential and commercial projects before transitioning into real estate private equity with Leverage Companies. Now an Originations Analyst at Brick City Capital, he specializes in pricing, financial modeling, and due diligence for DSCR loans. He has supported more than $35M in funded volume and leads pricing for a monthly pipeline over $50M. John is completing his degree in Real Estate Finance and enjoys fishing when he’s not analyzing deals.
