Program requirements

Loan size: $75,000 – $5,000,000

Minimum DSCR: 1.15+ (based on STR gross or adjusted rents)

Minimum credit score: 660 (lower considered with compensating factors)

Required documentation: Appraisal, market rent estimate (AirDNA, AllTheRooms, or local comps), credit profile

Eligible properties: Single-family homes, condos, townhomes, 2–4 unit properties, short-term rental portfolios

We evaluate deals like investors do: if your short-term rental cash flows, you’re already halfway to approval.
